Calling all who have tried our fitness classes before, want a slower paced class to get you started, and calling all NEW members! This class is built for YOU! Combination of Core 29, Core Sculpt, Core Barre, and Yoga Sculpt

Cancellation Policy

As we recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before the class, we understand that life may happen. In the case that you are more than 5 minutes late to class your reserved spot may be forfeited to a standby client. Cancellations with in 12 hours of the start time will be assessed a no show fee of $20.
