⭐️Join our "Mile a Day, Melt Away" March Fitness Challenge⭐️ Workout safely from your own home- fitness styles of ⭐️Barre ⭐️HITT ⭐️Body Sculpting ⭐️Dance Fitness ⭐️Yoga / Stretching ⭐️Step Tracking (Optional) ⭐️Nutrition/Recipes - Individual discussions to discuss YOUR GOALS Everyday, a Fitness Challenge Video will be posted to our private Facebook Group for you to complete! To get credit, you must privately message "the secret word" to Erica on Facebook messenger or Via Text. During March, we encourage you to also WALK or RUN, ONE MILE A DAY (Average 2,000 Steps in 1 Mile! There will be other challenges for you to complete that will enter YOU into a raffle to WIN a PRIZE at the end of the challenge! Week One: -Introduce yourself to the group and tell us 1 goal you have for the challenge -Send Erica a BEFORE picture of yourself (Day 1) -Attend 2 HGC classes online via Zoom or in person! Week Two: -Attend 2 HGC classes online via Zoom or in person! -Post a picture of a healthy meal you made or ate during the week -Post a picture on social media Higher Ground Core and tag us @highergroundcore Week Three: -Attend 3 HGC classes online via Zoom or in person! -Write Higher Ground Core a Google review ! Week Four: - On the last day of the challenge, Take an "After Picture" of yourself, same clothing and same standing position as your first, send to Erica! *Results will only be shared outside of Erica and yourself, if you provide permission!
